For Windows 95 only:

- Go to control panel
- Go into Mouse
- Select the Pointers Tab
- Double Click where you want to use the cursor.
- After you double click the item, windows will take you to a directory
  browser.  This is where you enter in the path/file name where you have
  the .ani file.
- Hit Apply
